Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, own, and implement Aryel content strategy, aligned with our brand narrative and our TOV;
  • Define a strategy for the calendar for Aryel’s multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities;
  • Create content briefs for campaigns, collaborating with third-party agencies and internal teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time;
  • Design processes for effective and scalable management and publication of our editorial content;
  • Monitor and report on industry trends regularly;
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, sales and CSM teams to define and drive compelling product and educational narratives;
  • Manage campaign planning, execution, A/B testing, and optimization across all digital channels, including but not limited to social paid, SEO, SEM, social, email, and affiliate marketing.



  • At least 3 years of experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including email, website, and social media.
  • Experience in using HubSpot platform
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in digital marketing.
  • Commercially savvy, with a firm grasp of revenue/margins/budgets and the ability to deliver on KPIs/targets;
  • A self-starter capable of conceptualizing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns;
  • A thorough understanding of current digital marketing tools and current trends/strategies in online marketing and measurement;
  • Fluent in English and Italian – verbally and written;
  • Based in Milan or Bergamo area, however this is not mandatory
